Operations Manager

Bousquet Mountain is seeking an energetic and engaging Operations Manager. This critical position provides complete oversight, management, and leadership of all aspects of Bousquet’s inside operations including but not limited to ticketing, group sales, guest services, on-hill programs, rentals, and ski and ride school. As a member of Bousquet’s senior management team, this position assists in developing, communicating and implementing mountain goals and initiatives.  The right candidate will demonstrate strong learning agility and a passion for the ski industry - they enjoy and excel in environments where they must tackle and solve new and increasingly complex strategic business challenges and issues—incorporating the newest ideas, technologies, and approaches to business.
