Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis. Smoking is prohibited, as are pets (exceptions are made for special service animals). An onsite employee housing manager is available for maintenance needs and will also act as liaison between employee residents and the resort.

One other thing: Targhee provides shuttle service between the resort and the nearby towns of Driggs and Victor; this will now serve the employee housing complex as well.
