Sun Valley Resort is seeking a Lift Mechanic Foreman to lead our crew of talented mechanics in maintaining and repairing our mountain's Aerial Lift System. Your mission:

• Lead the Team: Recruit, train, and supervise Lift Maintenance Mechanics while conducting yearly employee reviews.

• Plan & Execute: Design, budget, and assign maintenance plans that meet all compliance regulations (manufacturer guidelines, USFS FSM, ANSI B77).

• Stay Organized: Manage Work Orders, monitor inventory, and oversee replacement part purchases. • Optimize Operations: Use purchasing programs and computer-based tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) to streamline processes and secure the best deals.

• Keep It Running: Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure all lifts operate safely and smoothly.

• Teamwork & Safety: Collaborate with other mountain operations departments while maintaining a strong culture of safety and efficiency.
