The Mountain Services Operations Manager oversees the customer-facing departments within the Mountain Sports Division, including Lift Operations, Ski & Bike Rentals, Patrol, Snow Sports School, and Guest Services. This role ensures exceptional guest experiences by driving operational efficiency, maintaining high service standards, and fostering team development. As a key member of the Mountain Sports leadership team, the Manager contributes to division and resort-wide initiatives, participates in leadership discussions, and takes part in manager-on-duty rotations.
