Sun Valley Resort is looking for a dynamic Controller to oversee financial accounting across all business lines. You’ll lead a talented team of 18-20 accounting pros, including AR, AP, and payroll managers, ensuring financial accuracy and operational success. From auditing transactions and managing tax filings to spearheading budgeting and variance analysis, this is a role for a detail-driven problem solver who thrives under pressure. You'll work closely with senior leadership, present actionable insights, and enhance processes using advanced accounting software. Qualifications? A degree in accounting (CPA preferred), five years of progressive leadership experience (bonus points for hospitality), and mastery of Excel and other tools.
