Loon Mountain Senior team leadership role at Loon Mountain ski resort in Lincoln, New Hampshire. Highlights: Guide the Ticket Manager to ensure efficiencies with Tickets/Snowsports Desks, Season Passes, Central Reservations, Concierge, and Product Management teams. Develop and implement sales plans and manage budgets. Oversee the Retail Manager for current and future retail stores. Assist the Resort Host Manager in operations. Oversee guest surveys and respond promptly. Hire, train, supervise the Guest Services team. Develop ski and travel show schedules. Manage large-scale sales events. Maximize ticket and season pass usage, ensuring alignment with financial goals and marketing strategies. Manage revenue optimization through product creation, redemption, and transaction flow. Experience: Proven leadership experience in a guest service or sales role within the ski resort industry.
