SAM Magazine—Wenatchee, Wash., Feb. 20, 2025—Mission Ridge Ski & Board Resort named Matt Neubauer as its new general manager. He succeeds Josh Jorgensen, who led the resort for 13 years. Jorgensen will stay involved in the Mission Ridge Expansion master development project to ensure a smooth transition.

“We are thrilled to welcome Matt to the Mission Ridge family,” said Mission Ridge owner and president Larry Scrivanich. “His experience and commitment to the community align perfectly with our mission. I look forward to working with him.”

Neubauer has a background in resort F&B. He started in the ski industry in 2008, and has worked in F&B leadership roles at Keystone, Colo., Breckenridge, Colo., and most recently, Stevens Pass, Wash. Neubauer is a Washington native, and he and his family have lived in Wenatchee since 2021. He holds a degree in mass communications from Colorado State University Pueblo, where he also played Division II soccer.
