SAM Magazine—Wenatchee, Wash., Feb. 20, 2025—Mission Ridge Ski & Board Resort named Matt Neubauer as its new general manager. He succeeds Josh Jorgensen, who led the resort for 13 years.Matt Neubauer HN Jorgensen will stay involved in the Mission Ridge Expansion master development project to ensure a smooth transition.

Neubauer has a background in resort F&B. He started in the ski industry in 2008, and has worked in F&B leadership roles at Keystone, Colo., Breckenridge, Colo., and most recently, Stevens Pass, Wash. Neubauer is a Washington native, and he and his family have lived in Wenatchee since 2021. He holds a degree in mass communications from Colorado State University Pueblo, where he also played Division II soccer.
