Ikon Pass Adds Lotte Arai and Panorama

SAM Magazine—Denver, Sept. 1, 2022—Alterra Mountain Company’s Ikon Pass has added Lotte Arai Resort in Japan and Panorama Mountain Resort in British Columbia.IkonPass With the additions, the pass will provide access to more than 50 destinations in 10 countries for the 2022-23 season.

Full Ikon Pass holders will have access to seven days at both resorts with no blackout dates. Ikon Base Pass holders will have five days at each with holidays blacked out at Panorama and no blackouts at Lotte Arai. Panorama is available on the Ikon Session Pass, Lotte Arai is not. 

Lotte Arai averages a whopping 800-plus inches of annual snowfall and has more than 3,600 feet of vertical across 520 acres of terrain. It’s the second Ikon resort partner in Japan, joining Niseko United.

Panorama is the fourth mountain resort and fifth destination in British Columbia on the Ikon Pass, joining Revelstoke Mountain Resort, RED Mountain, Cypress Mountain, and CMH Heli-Skiing & Summer Adventures. It offers 4,265 feet of vertical and nearly 3,000 acres of terrain.
