Jefferson and his team toured the area on Wednesday, and are said to be interviewing current employees about the state of the business and facilities, to determine where improvements are needed and what aspects of the resort are working well.

Jefferson-Werner’s knowledge of and experience with the winter sports and water park businesses is not known. Its most recent project was an upscale condo conversion in downtown Scranton.
