  • Push to The Latest: No

This season, Stevens Pass opened on November 16, 2013, making it its third earliest opening ever. During the last three winters, the resort operated more than 150 days, besting its 134-day average set during the 28 years prior.

In Wyoming, where Jackson Hole celebrated its number one ranking from Ski Magazine and Snow King celebrated 75 years, both resorts reported historic numbers. According to The Republic, Jackson Hole had approximately 560,000 visits, which beats its 2012/13 all-time record. At Snow king, over 150 inches of snow fell, leading to big visit numbers. Snow King is currently working on a snowmaking upgrade that will allow it to open earlier in the season.
