Bogus Basin President Alan Moore Retires

SAM Magazine—Boise, Idaho, Mar. 2, 2015—Bogus Basin president and general manager Alan Moore resigned Feb. 28, and the resort is seeking his replacement. Nate Shake, director of human resources, will serve as interim general manager until the position is filled.

"As general manager, Moore streamlined operations and guided the organization through consecutive years of challenging snow conditions," the non-profit Bogus said in a news release. "He focused on making the non-profit community mountain accessible and affordable for as many kids as possible."

Moore had been with Bogus since 2001 and became president and GM in 2011.
