SAM Magazine--San Clemente, Calif., April 27, 2005--Allen Crolius has been named vice president and group publisher of the four-title Adventure Sports Network (ASN), including Powder and Bike magazines, which is part of the Primedia empire. Crolius is responsible for the business operations of the ASN, and will also assist the larger Action Sports Group with national sales generally.

Crolius moves to the ASN from TransWorld Media, where he was VP of sales and marketing. Prior to TW, Crolius spent 18 years in a variety of roles with the Mountain Sports Media division of Time, Inc., most recently as VP of sales. \
