Big Snow is refunding pre-purchased tickets through Oct. 31.

“We are happy to report that, thanks to the quick and expert response of our local fire departments, the fire damage was contained to only a small area of the snow dome, and because of the hard work of our maintenance team, the building has been able to keep temperature throughout this incident, minimizing our snowpack loss,” Big Snow said in a statement.

No one was injured in the fire, which started Saturday at 4:15 a.m. Officials indicated that the fire was not deemed suspicious. According to reports, the fire appeared to be contained by 9 a.m. Multiple fire departments were on scene.
