Copper’s Family-Friendly Kids Pass Extends a Trend

  • Push to The Latest: No

“We felt that introducing Kids Ski Free at Copper Mountain not only makes skiing and riding more affordable for families, but helps children get into the sport,” said Jesse True, senior vice president of Copper Mountain Resort. “One of our goals is to cultivate skiing and riding for many generations to come, and Kids Ski Free helps achieve this within families in Colorado and beyond.”

Copper’s Kids Ski Free pass also applies to the Rocky Mountain Super Pass ($499), which includes unlimited access to Copper, Winter Park, and Eldora, in addition to six days at Steamboat, three at Crested Butte, and other deals.

This is the second family-oriented season pass offer to come out in the past week, with Vail Resorts announcing the Wilmot Pass to ski Wilmot Mountain, Wisc. Families of three can pay $809 for three unlimited season passes, with additional family members paying $149.

The Mountain Collective is also offering a kid’s pass for $1 with the purchase of an adult pass ($379).
