Randy’s passion for skiing and the ski industry is highly regarded. His tenure as majority owner of Windham Mountain Resort saw unprecedented growth and capital investment. As a Trustee on the USSA Foundation Board, he was a champion for the sports and athletes of alpine skiing and snowboarding.

Randy had a long career in human resources, most notably as senior VP for IBM Corporation.
