Great Glamping Giveaway

Summer Ops Camp and EJH Distribution Ltd., a premium supplier of creative structures, are excited to offer a great glamping giveaway to camp attendees.* One lucky resort will win a starter glamping set up that includes two De Waard tents—the Big Oak and the Round Holly. Enter the contest between July 10 and Sept. 1 to be considered. 

Details:

  • The winner will receive one De Waard Big Oak tent with interior walls and one De Waard Round Holly tent with interior walls, a total value of $50,000 USD. 
  • To enter, contestants must complete the form by Sept. 1, 2023.
  • Entries will be judged and a winner chosen by Sept. 11, 2023. The winner will be announced at Summer Ops Camp at Steamboat Resort, Colo., Sept. 12, 2023.
  • Tents will be delivered in Spring 2024. Taxes and some shipping costs may apply.

 

 

CUTTER'S CAMP 2024

Registration for 2024 Cutter's Camp is currently full. Fill out a registration form to be considered for 2024, and to be placed on the wait list for 2025.

 

Registration packages for Cutter's Camp are all-inclusive of meals, four nights of lodging, camp sessions and on-hill building, drink tickets, evening activities and welcome bag, and a subscription to SAM Magazine. Space is limited and filled on a first come, first served basis. Limit 3 campers per resort. Airport shuttles from/to PDX are available for an additional fee of $120 per person, round trip. If you're sending a group of 3, and are interested in the shuttle option, email jordyn@saminfo.com There will be pre-determined shuttle times for May 13 & 17 so you can book your flights accordingly.  After we confirm your spot, we will follow up with a Timberline payment link to pay for the camp package. We recommend not booking flights until the payment process is complete.

Avoid the hassle and expense of renting a car. Timberline is 1.5 hours away from the airport. Airport transfers from/to PDX on May 13 & 17, plus a ride to and from Windells, are available for an additional $120 per camper.
