Burlington, Vt., Feb. 13, 2024 — The Snowball Effect Group, a consulting agency dedicated to helping resorts and brands succeed through expanded partnerships, has officially launched. The Snowball Effect Group will be the premier connector in the snowsports industry, differentiating its services through a unique blend of insight, innovation, and strategic brokerage. This innovative consultancy will lean on its founding members’ ability to connect companies with resorts and brands to forge strategic partnerships that will help them optimize their current experience, enhance their competitive advantage, and achieve sustainable growth.
The new venture will be led by founder Jeff Boliba, a snowsports veteran with over 25 years of experience, including with Burton Snowboards, Snow Partners, Brighton Resort, Purgatory Resort, and Park City Mountain Resort. Boliba is joined by Rich Morin, who brings deep expertise in sustainability and clean energy that will be crucial for resorts looking to embrace these elements in an incredibly dynamic industry.
