ZMont’s Boom Whoosh (BW) system is the first North American-made remote avalanche control system. The BW triggers avalanches remotely via controlled gas explosions, eliminating manual entry into dangerous zones and offering an alternative to traditional avalanche mitigation methods. The BW is built from nonproprietary, easily sourced parts for easy maintenance.
