What You’ll Do
Oversee daily operations across resort departments Ensure top-tier guest experiences & service standards
Lead & develop staff, fostering a great work culture Assist with budgeting, forecasting & financial planning
Ensure compliance with governing agencies Collaborate with marketing to boost visibility
What We’re Looking For
10+ years in ski industry leadership (multi-department) 5+ years in direct management roles
Strong knowledge of ski area operations
Excellent leadership & communication skills
Financial acumen in budgeting & forecasting
Passion for outdoor recreation & guest experience
Ability to work in high-altitude, extreme weather
Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends & holidays
