SAM Magazine--Salt Lake City, Utah, November 7, 2013--Ski Utah is bringing its message to Coloradans this weekend during the Denver Ski & Snowboard Expo, held from November 8-10 at the Colorado Convention Center. This marks the first time that any Utah resort will be represented at the show. Ski Utah will represent its 14 member resorts in a 20-foot by 20-foot booth. Activities will include a beer pong tournament, to help dispel the myth that you can't drink in Utah. Ski Utah will also be promoting its easy access from Salt Lake City and its 500 inches of snow annually.

So, why now? With Vail Resorts (VR) now running Canyons, Utah, Coloradans who have VR's Epic Pass will now have Utah on their radar screens. As well, Colorado and Denver boast large populations of snow devotees. Ski Utah's Susie English told SAM that, "Utah continues to get more visitors from Colorado and our website received a lot of visits from Colorado."
