Dady’s ski industry career began in the 1980s at Greek Peak in New York. She has since managed kids ski and ride operations for Intrawest, served as the general manager of Echo Mountain in Colorado, spent nearly three years as the health and safety director for California’s Mammoth Resorts, and most recently served as risk manager for the New York State Olympic Regional Development Authority (ORDA), which owns and operates Whiteface, Gore, and Belleayre ski areas, among other four-season sports facilities in the state. 

While at Mammoth, her efforts were recognized with NSAA's Best Overall Safety Program for resorts over 500,000 visits in 2018 and again in 2019. With ORDA, she developed innovative safety protocols and contributed to establishing Covid-19 guidelines for ski areas in New York State.
