SAM Magazine—Greenwood Village, Colo., Sept. 23, 2024—PNP Supply reached a partnership agreement with Demaclenko that will support and expand North American distribution of TRM (Tiroler Rohre GmbH) ductile-iron pipe for snowmaking systems. TRM is based in Tirol, Austria, and PNP Supply LLC has been the exclusive North American importer of the company’s ductile-iron pipes and fittings since 2006.

Demand for TRM’s high-pressure ductile-iron pipe products has increased within the North American snowmaking industry, said a press release about the partnership. Through the agreement with Demaclenko, PNP Supply and TRM “will significantly expand their ability to supply and support the expanding North American markets.”

“North American customers will continue to receive the expert sales, customer service and product delivery experience they have come to expect from PNP Supply,” said the release. Through the partnership, Demaclenko will now also offer ski areas ductile iron piping systems and fittings as well as its range of snow guns and snowmaking system construction services. 

The partnership will leverage the new Skytrac-Leitner-Poma of America production facility in Tooele, Utah, which will serve as Demaclenko’s Western Support Center, in addition to the company’s existing service centers in Concord, N.H., and Grand Junction, Colo.
